Research Technician
Qualifications:
PhD in Bone Tissue Engineering, Swansea University (2014). Project aimed to optimise tissue regeneration for dental bone grafts. First the project characterised a number of biomaterials that are routinely used in dental surgery. The project then went on to develop a tissue engineered construct by combining coral micro particles with cells as a 3-dimensional model.
BEng (Hons) Medical Engineering, Swansea University (2010)
Current research: Novel Engineered Living Neural Tissue, for Peripheral Nerve Repair.
